Our take

Founded by seasoned radiologists, Hexarad has set out to improve patient diagnostic wait times by accelerating the radiology process. Addressing the pressures of rising patient volume and fragmented tech systems across the NHS, the company provides operational intelligence systems and reporting tools that meld together into one frictionless operating platform.

As ReportPad provides faster turnarounds and resilient support for radiology reporting, OptiRad offers 360-degree operation control for radiology departments. Visibility and high performance are at the heart of Hexarad’s combined platform, and its use of AI removes friction and admin from the entire radiology process.

Funding raised since its founding has been used to improve its software and scale its operations across new territories outside of the NHS. These have included Saudi Arabia and Ireland, whilst recent expansions across the UK have seen it run trials across the North of England. It's a solution by radiologists for radiologists and has won numerous tech awards for its dedication to a market niche, one that’s been much in need of tech innovation.
