To make outbound recruiting easy.
A recent survey reported 76% of hiring staff considered attracting quality candidates as their biggest challenge. Remedying this, HireEZ offers AI-powered recruitment software that claims to expedite the recruitment.
The pandemic saw billions being poured in AI recruitment technology space, creating an abundance of competition for HireEZ, who cites its large library of potential candidates (almost one billion) as its USP. However, its only channel to reach out to a candidate is email, while competitor Kula’s platform automates InMails on LinkedIns. Having said that, it is worth noting that HireEz’s services are accessible to all corners of the market given its recent launch of its Business Tier product, which enables smaller, non-enterprise organizations to use HireEZ to find exceptional talent.
HireEZ’s impressive growth speaks volumes, such as supporting 40% of the Top 20 ‘World’s Most Valuable Brands’ as ranked by Forbes. Recent funding will see investment into its product innovation, as well as expanding operations in order to make the possibilities of outbound recruitment limitless.
