Our take

Unconscious interview bias has a huge negative impact on businesses, costing them money, slowing growth and impacting diversity. Hireguide solves this problem by helping businesses to remove bias from the hiring process.

Hireguide is headed up by two senior LinkedIn alumni with extensive experience in the hiring and interview space. Their solution uses conversational AI to help interviewers recognize and eliminate biases, and is now trusted by a number of enterprises. What's more, Hireguide leverages the money they make from big-name clients to make sure that the product is free for small businesses. This has allowed them to maintain broad appeal, and a large customer base.

Hireguide's accessible and effective product has enabled them to establish a strong foothold in the recruitment space. They will need to continue to develop and expand their tools if they are to maintain this strong position.
