Employee engagement is vital for retention, and companies are increasingly on the hunt for solutions such as Hive's. Thanks to this demand, the company has enjoyed a considerable amount of funding success. This funding will help to ensure that Hive remains as competitive as possible in the growing HR tech market.

Hive's main challenge in the next five years will be competing with similar HR platforms. It will need to work hard to differentiate its tech from its competitors, but if it can do this, Hive stands to make impressive gains.
