Hive Learning's mission is to disrupt the outdated and ineffective world of corporate learning and help corporate learning teams overcome one of their biggest challenges — holding every person in their organisation accountable for their behaviours and making sure change sticks.

Our take

Hive Learning provides companies with platforms that aim to make workers adopt better habits, with an emphasis on better collaboration, inclusion and teamwork. Most intra-networking software is difficult to use and often fairly disjointed. It is difficult to adopt a culture of teamwork, especially as remote working becomes a fact of life.

Hive Learning seeks to combat this with its various platform packages. For example, one package aims to nudge workers to eliminate unconscious racial and gender bias and become better practitioners of good habits. Its software is also adopting AI to make this process even faster.

It provides learning solutions for dozens of top-tier international firms, including Jaguar Land Rover, Sky, Deloitte and FTSE100 business Halma. In the past few years, Hive Learning has generated over 22 million peer learning interactions in 196 countries and helped +80% of learners take action on what they learnt.

The company is continuing its success with the release of new products and features, such as a dedicated app for social workers and its Microsoft Integrations Suite.
