It has several advantages over traditional recruitment methods - cost savings for one, but it being always on means that it can respond instantly to candidates. While HRTech startups such as Humanly and Paradox are building AI into their solutions, none yet have given AI the kind of control over the end-to-end that Holly promises, which will help the company stand out in an increasingly crowded market.
Holly is not live yet but has already garnered support from investors, netting a substantial amount of funding in a pre-seed round. This investment is being used to round out the founding team and build on the platform's capabilities. While it is still early days for Holly, if it can live up to its promise it is sure to make a big splash in the recruitment sector.
