A study by Harvard Medical School found that implementing 4–5 healthy habits in someone’s life, leads to 7–10 additional disease-free years. But while our average lifespan is increasing, so is the number of years people live with disease. Based on behavioural science principles, Holly Health is a digital coach service that pushes individuals to achieve and maintain small healthy behaviours that lead to better health conditions in the short and in the long term.
First tests carried out by the startup on pilot users have registered a 20% increase in energy levels within 1 month. The company strongly believes in its service’s mission to gradually increase the number of healthy years its users can experience. Holly Health's ambition is to prevent 5 million cases of avoidable diseases before 2025.
Modern healthcare systems are structured to treat people who are sick, not prevent people from getting sick and this behaviour has created a huge gap in human care over time. The challenge for Holly Health is to fill that gap and become a key tool for health optimisation, improving the quality of life and preventing the risk of future disease.

There's a big focus on collaborative work within the team. Everyone's opinions and ideas matter every step of the way. From product features, to company's goals. One of my favourite things is when we meet up in person every three weeks or so for our 'collaboration day' where we have a full day of creative work, followed by a nice team meal :)
