Leadership training in the workplace is essential to drive successful workforces, but training packages are often generic, formulaic and unengaging. It's also a lucrative but broken space. The professional development industry is sized at over $30 billion annually in the United States, yet on average, trainees forget 70 percent of what they are taught within 24 hours.
Hone provides bespoke managerial training and leadership workshops that focus on modern content, live online classes and expert facilitators. They're the first ever large-scale platform for synchronous, online instructor-led training programs. The aim of this approach is to result in high impact learning that trains staff in developing flexible yet solidified soft skills. Training progress is measured in order to gain success insights through attendance tracking, feedback and real-time impact measurement.
E-learning structures are nothing new to the senior training landscape, but Hone is standing out by identifying the pitfalls of existing training curriculums and aiming to provide a more modern and dynamic alternative. Training is generally provided as bespoke and fixed-term courses, but employee memberships for flexible learning pathways are also offered.
