The product is not necessarily complex but it makes more sense after working with it , and this was accommodated during the onboarding process. My manager and the wider team are always on hand to answer questions. I learn new potentials of the product daily and how to maximise the experiences of our stakeholders.

The onboarding was quick , took around three weeks from introduction to offer. My role required a good understanding of the product , and I was encouraged to ask questions prior to the deadline and also during the interview stages. Once I started, the team was welcoming and on-hand to introduce me to the company culture. The culture has stood the test of time and promises made prior to joining. I'm still very pleased.

We have access to Mindspace and we usually go to the office twice per day. The rest day of the days allow us to have a nice life-work balance working from home. Also you might decide to start your day earlier and finish earlier too as long as you meet your targets, that's ok

HowNow is pretty flexible with where and when you work. Most people come to the office on Thursdays, and other teams come in on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We also have 'Wind down Fridays', meaning no meetings booked in the diary on Friday afternoons, which is great!

There are organised office days Tuesday and Thursday which the team are invited and encouraged to come in. It isn't mandatory but the team still come in to see each other and collaborate. I like the idea of changing my work scenery from at home to in the office every other day. The constantly fresh environment really helps with my concentration.
