To transform work into an awesome, inclusive experience through innovative, flexible, collaborative, people-first software and work tech solutions.
Employee wellbeing and care is one of the most important parts of a successful company nowadays. Happy employees leads to better work so gone are the days where it’s ok to not have an HR department or efficient workflow processes. Huler is an HR tech company that acts as a “launchpad” with a slick user interface combining all pre-existing programmes, tools and apps to provide easy access and improve productivity
The platform was built with the understanding that holding onto the best talent in the workplace means having a great employee experience. The platform not only allows a smoother all-encompassing experience with pre-existing programmes but also supports companies getting the most out of the products they are already using.
The company has gained blue-chip customers like EE and Travelodge to its impressive client roster in its first year. Stoke-based Huler has recently gained funding which will be used to further develop its employee experience platform and create at least 12 new jobs in the year ahead. It’s clear Huler are off to an impressive start and have built a strong base reputation, it’ll be exciting to see where things go and how the company will scale.
