Humi is an all-in-one HR platform enabling small and medium-sized companies to tackle all HR, payroll, and benefits solutions-related aspects. What makes Humi unique is the fact that the launch of Humi Marketplace enables clients to access third-party health and wellness offerings from partner companies including Willful, Common Wealth, Inkblot, and more. While most HR tech companies cater to international markets, Humi is only focused on the Canadian market.

Recently, Humi was acquired by Employment Hero, a move that combined global expertise with local insights to better support Canadian businesses. This partnership will drive innovation and allow Humi to offer even more tailored solutions for SMEs across Canada. With Employment Hero's backing, the future is one of great excitement for Humi.

While we have a physical office space available in Toronto, all team members have the freedom and flexibility to get their work done from wherever they are in Canada. On day one of employment, all full-time employees are issued a WFH stipend to help customize your space and ensure you have everything you need.
