Our take
Berlin-born Hypcloud is determined to redesign commercial real estate financing through digitalisation, offering a platform on which developers and investors can find suitable financing for their real estate projects faster and at excellent conditions.
The company stands out through its model, which essentially, involves bringing mortgages into the cloud. The digital platform enables more collaborative and efficient negotiation times due to a more streamlined workflow. Customers can negotiate with a number of banks at the same time, providing them with quicker access to financing partners.
Following both seed investment from Atlantic Labs and selection onto Y Combinator’s program, Hypcloud will continue to develop its product and find its product-market fit.
