Hypercontext's mission is to make better managers, helping them juggle their team activities while coaching good management habits.
Hypercontext, the new rebranding of Soapbox, is helping managers increase employee engagement and improve team collaboration. The organizational app focuses predominantly on getting the most out of meetings and 1:1s, and is proving a crucial tool for optimizing work and improving employee retention rates.
Effectively carrying out this area of management became something of a sticking point when the world was forced to pivot to remote interactions. Communication became tough to schedule, and workers reported spiralling meeting hours that became a road block for productivity. So this is when digital operational streamlining tools truly came into their own, and with the hybrid work model looking set to stick around, chances are that business will remain strong for companies like Hypercontext.
Testament to the value of Hypercontext’s product is the strong host of enterprise clients it has picked up already, including Netflix, Zendesk, and HubSpot. This will help the team hold its own against close competitors like Fellow as the company further establishes itself into the modestly growing global market.
