ITRS Group' mission is to take the stress out of running an enterprise IT estate.
-7% employee growth in 12 months
Digital transformation is in full swing across dozens of industries, and the pace of tech development is accelerating. This means many businesses are finding themselves wrapped up in increasingly complex IT estates. This can create visibility issues, and also security vulnerabilities. So it’s a major issue, especially for enterprise businesses, that ITRS is helping to solve.
The company’s multi-solution suite of tools allow enterprises to monitor their IT estates, optimise performance, and improve resilience. In its over two decades of operations, its tools have been used by 9/10 of top tier banks - but it appears now to be broadening out its focus to encompass more sectors touched by digital transformation. This is astute, because the upswing in cyberattacks has led businesses across the board to tighten their focus on (and investment in) operational resilience measures.
Strategic acquisitions of the sort ITRS has been making recently (including monitoring firms OP5, Sumerian, and Uptrends, and Opsview, which allows for cloud monitoring) will be crucial in fleshing out its appeal to industries beyond financial services. With the stable reputational foundation ITRS has developed over the years, this market expansion seems likely to prove a good step.
