They work with companies to provide in-house technology allowing employees to anonymously log incidents of bias and microaggressions. This data is then aggregated into key insights and can be used to create customised and targeted training & solutions to build more inclusive workplace cultures.
They offer a "win-win" solution to organizations and employees as InChorus platform aims to additionally promote employee wellbeing and productivity, assist with the attraction and retention of talent, and reduce costs involved in employee tribunals.
