Company mission

To deliver systems that enable truly autonomous factories and help usher in a new era of software-defined, flexible manufacturing.

Our take

The future of production is autonomous, and manufacturing companies are keen to adopt the technologies they need to advance towards intelligent, machine-building-machine systems. Industrial Next supplies modular equipment and customized software for manufacturers to create smart production lines, or entire smart factories.

Founded by veterans of Tesla, Industrial Next wants to bring Tesla-style automation to all EV manufacturers, and to other industrial producers. Its “Factory Autonomy Framework” facilitates real-time adjustments to equipment, and its modules – which can be used individually or combined into integrated systems – reduce production cost whilst increasing speed and quality across all production scales.

As EV companies respond to heightened competition in the space, Industrial Next has generated interest for the flexibility of scale it offers. The company has raised good funds, with global expansion aided through backing by both YCombinator and MiraclePlus, the legacy of YC China.
