To structure the world’s human-to-human communication and make interoperability effortless.
66% employee growth in 12 months
Fragmented entities within the U.S. healthcare system rely on daily, repetitive, and formulaic phone communication in order to authorize payments and procedures. Staffing this workforce wastes a lot of money and time when staff could be tackling more unique tasks instead.
Infinitus Systems has developed a robotic process automation (RPA) service called Infinitus that automates repetitive communication tasks. The process removes one side of human involvement, using a human-to-RPA system to conduct formal questionnaires and thus parse information out into relevant databases.
The startup's tool has interesting implications, potentially removing the need for half of the telecommunication teams required in the U.S. This will free up workforces and funding for tasks that truly require a human, removing the requirement for their involvement in repetitive and routine communications.
