We're a remote-first working culture (even outside of Covid), there's an office you are always welcome at but otherwise, you are encouraged to work where you work best. I've got the flexibility to work (within reason) my own hours, some jobs can be super flexible - mine a little bit less as I have quite a few meetings which need to be during working hours.
