Our take
Founded in 1999, Inspera AS is an educational technology company providing an end-to-end solution for governments, awarding bodies, higher education institutions as well as schools. It now has a team of more than 130 EdTech entrepreneurs, with close to 70% international staff. The company is headquartered in Oslo and has offices in Sweden, Denmark, the US, the UK Germany, Australia and New Zealand.
Following the accelerated digitalisation in Education, the company allows students to take exams remotely, reducing the environmental impact of paper production and improving the general user experience are just a few of the reasons why this transition needs to happen.
Inspera has obtained public funding for several of its R&D projects in the past. The main priority for the company will be to keep finding gaps in the education system that can be effectively filled through technology and digitalisation, which is expected to lead the forecasted $3.67B growth of the Higher Education Assessment market between 2020 and 2024.
