Our take

While generic demonstration and sales pitches can help sell a SaaS product, in practice many companies want to know how it will work in their specific environment before they will commit. Instruqt exists to make this possible with a virtual sandbox which allows companies to demonstrate their products in a prospective buyer's software environment without the huge expense of time and resources this would usually involve.

Putting buyers in the driving seat like this is good for both parties - nothing is worse than a product that doesn't work as advertised - and Instruqt's customers are reporting large reduction s in sales times, a greatly reduced onboarding time for new users (they are already familiar with the product before buying), and a greater than three times return on investment. Some of Instruqt's clients include mongoDB, Datadog and Okta.

After being bootstrapped since its founding, Instruqt has closed a Series A funding round led by Blossom Capital. This will be used to accelerate Instruqt's already impressive growth, to further develop its product and increase its headcount. As the software as a service continues to boom, Instruqt is well placed to grow a very significant presence in this space.
