Our take

Every year, thousands of people who would benefit from using hearing aids go without, largely due to the high cost of prescription aids and the stigma that surrounds them. Jabra Hearing is on a mission to solve this problem by selling high-tech, prescription-quality hearing aids online.

Jabra Hearing offers a more stylish alternative to traditional hearing aids that are designed to appeal directly to tech-savvy users. The aids are marketed as wearable tech, which sets Jabra Enhance's messaging a mile apart from many of its competitors. Customers can take an online hearing test and have a video consultation with an audiologist before they purchase any hearing aids. Hearing aids purchased through Jabra Enhance cost on average 66% less than those purchased at an audiologist's office.

Purchased by GN, a Danish audiology manufacturing group in 2021, Jabra Hearing is on track to make hearing care more accessible and affordable for everyone. We're looking forward to seeing how they grow in the coming years.
