Our take
Finding the right job (and the right person for a job) has always been tricky business. People often end up in roles that don't suit them, while companies waste time and money on hiring that doesn't work out. It's a frustrating process, and one that AI cannot simply save.
That's where Jack & Jill comes in. Jack acts as a personal career co-pilot, learning what someone is great at, what matters most to them, and helping find roles that truly fit. He assists with everything from job discovery to applications and interview prep. Meanwhile, Jill works on the company side of things, getting to know hiring teams and what makes someone a great match for their role. Together, Jack & Jill connect the right people with the right company.
Despite being very new to the scene, Jack & Jill already has thousands of users, paying customers, and some serious momentum. With this innovative tech and fast-moving, ambitious approach, Jack & Jill is ready for big things.
