Jobble's mission is to empower the independent worker by providing access to opportunities that maximize daily income potential and providing comprehensive benefits and financial solutions that support them now and in the future.
58% employee growth in 12 months
Independent workers have a wide range of online platforms for job-searching, with options increasing since the remote work migration as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, existing gig marketplaces do not offer the career benefits of traditional workplaces and distance themselves from the worker and the success of their job searches.
Jobble provides an online gig marketplace for independent workers, focusing on matching users with job types and benefits that fit their personal preferences. The company achieves this by integrating benefits systems directly into its job listing framework, by providing resources such as articles and tools for career empowerment, in addition to offering a fee-free banking system called Indi that facilitates payment and fund management for independent workers.
Whilst the company faces competition from gig platforms such as UpWork and Fiverr, Jobble stands out by recognizing the lack of traditional career frameworks in gig platforms. Through its benefits system, banking system, and career development resources, the company aims to provide gig workers with the same career benefits and stability frameworks as traditional workers.
