Recognising this issue, Joinrs has stepped in. Leveraging AI, the platform assesses hundreds of job offers, aligns them with users' specified requirements, and presents a curated list of career opportunities.

The platform delves into the details, providing users with a comprehensive understanding of their compatibility with each job offer. By generating two percentages - one indicating affinity with the expressed requirements and the other gauging compatibility with the company's sought-after profile. Furthermore, the platform facilitates meaningful interactions through online experiences, allowing users to engage with companies, converse with managers and curators, and gain insights into team dynamics, technologies, and professional roles.

As Joinrs continues its journey in the job search landscape, its innovative approach placed it among the top 10 startups globally in the Lisbon Web Summit 2023 Pitch contest. The company's commitment to enhancing user experience, leveraging AI, and fostering meaningful connections positions it for a promising future.

Previously co-founded StartYourParty in 2012 and Tutored in 2014 where they served as the CMO until 2023.

Martina Mattone

(Co-Founder)

Began their career at Jessup Moot Court Competition as an Oralist before becoming a Team Advisor. In 2014, they co-founded Tutored where they still serve as the Director of Account Management.
