By creating and supporting a thriving professional flexible working ecosystem, Juggle believes the future of work can be democratised. In particular, their mission is to help ensure 50% of business leaders are female by 2027.
Before the Covid Pandemic, the conventional view had been that offices were critical to productivity, culture, and winning the war for talent. Now, following extended periods of time where lockdowns forced large numbers of the population to work from home, more and more companies are opening up to the benefits of a remote, flexible workforce.
To match this changing workforce, Juggle has created a recruitment platform specifically focused on hiring flexible workers. In doing so, Juggle hopes to differentiate itself from competitors such as Indeed and Reed, who dominate the market for traditional job searches. Furthermore, Juggle hopes to be able to go beyond its competition in key areas - it boasts, for example, shorter time-to-hire periods, AI assistance, lower monthly sums, and higher successful hire rates. Juggle also differs from other market competitors in that it offers to handle things like paperwork and payments for flexible workers - something businesses can easily become bogged down by.
The key thing for Juggle now will be to wait and see whether workplace practices picked up during the pandemic are here for the long run. Of course, there will always be some demand for flexible work. However, if working practices are to change for good post-pandemic, as some major commentators such as McKinsey & Co have suggested, demand for services like Juggle's could grow substantially.
