Using Juno's platform, employers can allocate staff points to spend on the experiences and services employees actually want.
Employees are free to pick perks that reflect their lifestyle, needs and priorities. They can choose from hundreds of experiences such as mental health support, childcare services, fitness classes, and food delivery boxes. Popular providers on the platform include Barry’s Bootcamp, Headspace and Mindful Chef. Over 5000 activities and services are exchanged for credits on the platform every month.
Employee absenteeism globally costs companies more than $150bn every year. This productivity gap has led to a massive increase in companies operating in the employee wellbeing space, however, with Juno already being used across 40 countries by over 160 companies including Bolt, Oyster, Born Social and Paddle, it is well-positioned to grow within this market.
