Our take
As with many industries, AI has sparked a change in how law firms operate. With much time and money funnelled into processing legal documents and mandates, JUPUS has become the first AI legal secretariat in Europe,. It automates the acceptance of mandates, supported by AI chatbots.
JUPUS’s automation platform also includes online appointment booking tools, automated communication with clients and automated inquiry processing. Whilst there are challengers in the US, JUPUS has a hold on the German legal market, with hundreds of firms using its platform, amounting to over 200 inquiries through JUPUS per day.
JUPUS has been quick on its feet to consolidate its European market share, having only completed pre-seed funding in 2023. Its seed funding, obtained only a year later, comes after a hiring spree and is going towards expanding its software and customer base.
