However, the rise of remote work environments has made it difficult to provide such experiences to online staff.
Kaido has recognized that existing solutions are designed for in-person engagement, and instead provides a company culture platform which can be used for remote, hybrid, or in-person workplaces. The company achieves this by curating personalized digital and in-person activities for a workforce, offering a 90-day culture course for team leaders, and providing collaborative team tools focused on building an empathetic team environment.
The company has received support from enterprises such as Google, HSBC, and the NHS. They have also attracted investment which will be used to grow their team and develop new products.
