Company mission

To build an AI to optimise and empower Client Success teams.

42% employee growth in 12 months

Our take

Client success teams have the most important role in a modern business — to maintain and grow recurring revenue. However, they are underserved when it comes to software solutions and wind up using a plethora of disjointed CRMs, projectmanagement software and manual notes to do different parts of their job. Kaizan aims to build software specifically designed for customer success teams, powered by AI to help them do their job more effectively.

Though still in its very early stages, the experience of co-founders Glen Calvert and Pravin Paratey augurs well – the pair have already built a number of startups and carried senior roles at Bidstack Group PLC and Facebook.

The company managed to secure pre-seed funding while still in stealth mode, and is now aiming to scale up its staff and take the product to market, while continuing to build its engineering team. While it remains to be seen whether the company will grow to become the "Siri for client teams", it is clear that there is a strong demand for its product and it is well poised to carve out a significant niche for itself in the client success space.
