Kaizera's aim is to help amplify the voices of all knowledge workers, starting with those who find it difficult to speak up and have their voices heard.
With the impression that online meetings can be disengaging and stressful for many team members and mostly cater to the loudest or most confident in the room, Kaizera are building tools to encourage truly inclusive remote first working conditions.
Kaizera have recently raised an Β£800k pre seed round. This was led by Ascension with participation from MMC Ventures, RLC Ventures, Tiny VC and Ventures Together, with strong angels also involved. The company are early stage and will be focused on developing their product, increasing their workforce, and increasing their customer base.

We're a team of 4 optimists that have all experienced the pains of the problem we are trying to solve. We make decisions together, push and encourage each other and all have complete autonomy to do our best work. Everyone on the team is proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset which means we make meaningful progress every week. We're on fire!
