Kamma sets itself apart as its proprietary technology is based on AI and machine learning. This provides an automated real-time service in order to ensure property compliance. Kamma works with mortgage providers, insurers, surveyors, solicitors, letting agents and landlords, counting Haart, Whenfresh, CBRE and MakeUrMove among its clients.
It has been recently reported that a digital transformation was taking place in the property sector- with Kamma (formerly GetRentr) at the forefront. The company is evidently effective, with a 92% retention rate amongst its clients. Kamma will be using their recent funding to build its global search engine for local legislation, whilst supporting their current mandate to tackle property law in the UK.
