Kenjo is an all-in-one, customisable cloud-based HR management solution that automates and optimises a company’s HR processes, while also putting the needs of the employees first. The company’s platform is highly scalable and provides a modern, fully integrated solution to the retail, manufacturing, health, and education sectors.
Kenjo is essentially a “notebook” for companies to write all their important employee data in, keeping it safe and easily accessible. The company’s easy-to-use dashboard automates and tracks a total of 12 categories aimed at streamlining and simplifying HR management, including workflows, payroll, recruitment, time off, scheduling, and more.
After facing some early-stage startup challenges, the company is focused on doubling its efforts within its core market in the DACH region. Through further innovation of its product, continued development of features and integrations, and expanding its workforce, Kenjo is set to see accelerated growth and expansion.
