Our take
For many people, price and location are major obstacles to finding high-quality personal training. Kickoff solves this problem by connecting users with dedicated online personal trainers at an affordable price.
Kickoff users have access to the company's extensive training network, and are paired with coaches whose training style and specialties suit them best. Coaches then construct daily exercise and nutrition programs, which the user can access via SMS and an app. Kickoff has seen an impressive level of users, with 96% of customers choosing to stay with the service month after month. This is a testament to the effectiveness and usability of the platform.
Kickoff combats the knowledge and motivation gap its users may feel by offering them daily guidance from their trainers, photo & video feedback, and the option to take part in live video training sessions. With 68% of the 250 million adult Americans overweight, the need for this kind of service has never been greater.
