After Kin + Carta's acquisition by Valtech in April 2024, leadership at the former was integrated into leadership roles at Valtech. It's a significant step for Valtech, Kin + Carta's acquisition is the biggest Valtech has undertaken to date and places it at a valuation closing in on $ 1 billion.
