Kira Talent designs admissions solutions for higher education institutes, providing the tools for admission managers to view best-fit students from a holistic and fair perspective via a remote platform. The company achieves this by offering standardized assessment systems, data-driven dashboards, accessibility-focussed communication tools, and assessment training programs, in addition to offering assistance directly to Kira applicants.
Higher education institutes often use organizational software to manage admission processes, but Kira Talent has recognized the fragmented nature of existing solutions and how difficult it can be to maintain a holistic and fair approach when using them.
