Our take

The $250 billion management consultancy industry is undergoing something of a disruption period. Legacy consulting firms grew by just 2% over recent years, and reports point to a number of factors: the rise of advanced analytics tools, the more client-friendly transparency of “open-source” competitors, and the introduction of in-house strategists among them. What has been on the up are specialist consultancies, addressing unique and emerging modern issues. Kite Insights is one of them.

Kite Insights offers a suite of services, from content creation and strategising, to curated programmes and experiences, to intersectional collaboration opportunities, helping companies articulate and execute strategies focusing on planetary and social impact.

Whilst they’ve been in operation for a decade now, this particular focus is likely to be winning them increased attention going forwards. Companies are ramping up their focus on diversity, sustainability, and social engagement, with the reputational penalties for missteps being increasingly severe and the opportunities for positive impact undisputed.

Kite Insights is a women owned business, led by an experienced team of fellows and employees that orients their services as a strong solution to social and environmental pressures companies increasingly need to navigate. They seem well-positioned to adapt to market disruptions.
