For people with long-term conditions, medical treatments and therapy are often covered by the NHS and an employee's healthcare coverage. However, there often remains a gap in terms of lifestyle and behavioural change. Kiteline Health fills this gap by providing digital health coaching to people affected by cancer and other long-term conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and most recently, long COVID. The company provides this coaching through employers, helping companies to coach their people to better health and increased engagement. For individuals, coaching helps them make small yet achievable changes, and be proactive in their wellbeing.
Employees are smart-matched to one of Kiteline's accredited coaches based on their preferences. It uses technology to create a seamless and beautiful experience, for both coach and client. It sends nudges and captures the most poignant moments of sessions for clients to keep. In the future, the company aims to use its data to automate a lot of the processes, allowing people to self-navigate through content modules and incentivise them further using rewards and gamification.
Kiteline currently has two pilot employers it's working with to refine its offering and is pursuing a broader pipeline. Kiteline has also been accepted onto the Bucks HSC Ventures programme, providing us valuable connections into the NHS and feedback. Kiteline's B2B2C model could help the company grow fast, in addition to its strong ethical values which are combined with an emphasis on technology.

We are a small yet mighty team doing extraordinary things. We are hard workers - we work to deadlines, not for facetime. We are disrupting the healthcare system in Europe from a patient's point of view, and that takes lots of energy and hard yards.

Our entire product is based on employee wellbeing, so it would be weird if we weren't uber focused on it too! Although we are a hard-working team, we know people need downtime, and we respect and value people's mental health and work/life balance.
