Klara's platform allows for individualised development plans to be implemented for all employees, without the need for a massive time investment. It boasts features such as automated feedback and structured follow-ups to streamline the whole process, and provides insights for data-led actions.
With over 40 customers and upwards of 15000 daily users, it is clear that Klara has made a splash in the HR space. It has already built a good foundation, so it will be interesting to see what direction the company takes next.
