Our take

Much of the world’s commerce now happens online, and optimizing the digital shopping experience has become vital for brands to succeed. Klevu provides search and product discovery technology for driving traffic and conversion, that improves the customer experience, increases brand loyalty, and captures recurring buyers.

Klevu’s platform is easy to implement and use, offering full integrations with various major eCommerce platforms. Its AI-led search and discovery leverages customer intent data to match a merchant’s products up to relevant searchers, which leads to a higher conversion rate – all towards enabling every retailer to “compete with Amazon and win”.

Although there are a number of competitors delivering similar solutions, Klevu has its foot in the door, with a great number of successful use cases and satisfied clients. It has also raised good levels of funding in the past, and is making new partnerships to bring greater functionality to the platform. For instance, a collaboration with Trustpilot will enable Klevu to integrate review data, to priortitise the promotion of better-reviewed products.
