Know You More's mission is to empower everybody, no matter who or where they are, to reach their full potential through its digital coaching platform.
Workforces benefit greatly from providing successful training programs for their staff, with one of the most effective formats being one-to-one coaching. Whilst some enterprises provide such coaching, it is often provided to all staff members through a one-size-fits-all approach and is only available through traditional face-to-face means, thus making it inaccessible to remote workforces.
Know You More provides a personalised digital coaching platform for workforces, allowing companies to match their staff with the company's in-house coaching experts to provide bespoke career support. The platform also features tools for the tracking and analysis of the digital coaching that it provides, allowing companies to gain actionable insights into how they can optimise the way that they train their staff.
Whilst the company faces competition from many other firms that provide one-to-one workforce coaching, Know You More has uniquely recognised the importance of unique coaching programs for different job roles. Furthermore, by recognising the lack of digital alternatives to face-to-face workforce coaching, the company has future-proofed itself by appealing directly to the rising popularity of remote working.
