Kosen Labs' mission is to bring the benefits of advanced AI to the decentralised economy.
Our take
The founding team behind Kosen Labs are both ex-DeepMind engineers, and their new post-Google project is gaining traction. With Kosen Labs, they’re looking to bring advanced optimisation and AI techniques from closed source systems to open and permissionless channels accessible to the public - such as, for example, blockchains.
The team will be focusing on DeFi to start with, beginning with active liquidity positioning for automated market makers. The company, however, is hoping in the long term to build Kosen Labs into a leading research organization focused on the decentralised economy and on blockchain.
The team have backing already from the likes of Andreessen Horowitz and Framework Ventures, which is a strong vote of confidence for the relatively young company. Perhaps it is unsurprising, given the team’s remarkable pedigree, and their laser-tight focus on the emerging, unexplored, and fast growth areas of Web3.0 and the blockchain.
