Kouo was founded to help consumer content companies interpret their users' true emotions and build more personalised, engaging applications
Kouo is an emotion analytics platform which is unlocking a new dimension of product analytics. It replaces misleading behavioural data and limited surveys/interviews with real customer emotions.
Its AI platform converts wearable data into four distinct emotions. This enables companies to gain rapid insights and make improved decisions based on real-time user reactions to things like content, user flows, and features. With over 1.1bn connected devices already, there is considerable opportunity to get better user insights and personalisations at scale.
Kouo is early stage but is already backed and supported by impressive partners. It was part of Techstars' Fall 2022 class, and the algorithms that set them apart have been developed through Imperial College London and Oxford University.
