Our take

Kwest is a human-centred automation platform that helps enhance productivity and streamlines employee tasks. Founded in 2021 by a team of German software engineers, fintech experts, and marketing consultants, Kwest aims to help combat the burgeoning employment crisis by empowering and elevating skilled workers in the digital sector.

Focusing on jobs that bridge the gap between the physical and digital sectors, Kwest’s AI-powered automation software was developed in response to years of market research. The conclusions of this research were that employee retention and procurement were more difficult when laborious admin tasks and onboarding were not implemented effectively.

Kwest has certainly done its homework and is acting decisively on an ever more pressing issue in modern society. Though a small company, it's aiming to grow its team and launch new products alongside its Onboarding software. Still in development are installation, repair, and return management tools that will hopefully broaden the team’s client base and attract investors.
