To help people find their sunshine with confidence.
Spain has long been the most sought after location for British citizens buying and renting property abroad, closely followed by Portugal, France, and Italy.
Kyero, which was founded back in 2003, knows this all too well. It’s grown into one of the leading international property platforms for European buyers with a portfolio of around 1 million properties – half in Spain and half across the three aforementioned others.
Naturally, there was plenty of fear that Brexit would impact Kyero’s sales, but the company has actually reported strong multi-national growth, which is attributed to the company’s people, product & proposition.
Considering that it's grown with no venture funding and a comparatively small team, Kyero looks to be in safe hands. That it navigated its way through the financial crisis of 2007-2008, Brexit, and survived the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic suggests that it can weather any future storms as well.
