Our take

The digital media landscape has changed dramatically over the last 20 years, with traditional marketing platforms being rapidly replaced with modern social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. These changes have influenced the kind of content which is engaging to the โ€œGeneration Zโ€ market, something that often leaves traditional digital marketers out of touch.

Kyra creates digital media content with the target audience of Generation Z consumers, aiming to increase engagement for brands across popular social media platforms. The company achieves this by investing in the recruitment of influential talent, the development of new media formats such as podcasts and 'shorts', and focusing on creating content that resonates with youth culture.

Whilst there is nothing new about digital media companies helping brands improve their presence on popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Kyra taps specifically into the Gen Z market. Ultimately, the company recognizes that this audience forms an enormous percentage of social media users and has very different media tastes to the wider market.
