Our take
London-based Laundryheap is an on-demand laundry and dry cleaning service that provides pickup and delivery services, all within 24 hours. This makes it easy and convenient for customers to get their laundry done without even leaving their homes.
Focused on building its digital footprint, Laundryheap now operates across the UK and 11 international markets. The company has also worked to expand its service offerings within the B2B market, and partners with some of the world's biggest companies, including Holiday Inn, Premier Inn, JustEat and Best Western.
As a result, Laundryheap is now one of the world's biggest providers of on-demand laundry and dry cleaning services. Having also acquired its main competitor Laundrapp in 2022, Laundryheap has been able to further expand its regional reach across the UK and increase its customer base. The company is now also focused on its environmental impact and has recently invested in e-cargo bikes to further create a sustainable delivery service.
