Being a small team means that we operate with an all-hands approach to tasks. Whilst there are clear and well-defined areas of responsibility, the ability to assist other team members on tasks means that knowledge sharing is consistently at the centre of everything we do.

We are creating something truly unique and are succeeding in our efforts to truly change the game for clients who are seeking legal assistance. By operating such a dynamic pricing model, we are currently able to offer fixed fees anywhere as much as 60% lower than some high street firms without compromising standard of work.

Our team of founders are absolutely fantastic. They truly live the spirit of ensuring that everyone feels supported and heard. They encourage rigorous experimentation and embracing failure and this means that as a team we are constantly striving for more without fearing repercussions of a sprint or experiment not ending up as hypothesised.

Since joining Lawhive, no curiosity has been left unsatisfied! Not a day goes by where I don't learn something new, the team is highly skilled and knowledge sharing is always encouraged. There has been great mentorship every step of the way!

Lawhive is my first software engineering job, and when I started I had no formal education in engineering, which led to some pretty mad imposter syndrome! The people at Lawhive really put me at ease and made it clear that their expectations of me were reasonable for my experience, and this has allowed my confidence to really increase. We also have a great time when we meet up for socials!

My manager is always happy to help and encourages me to ask questions if I ever feel stuck. He is very friendly and I feel more than comfortable asking for help. It's SO refreshing to have a manager that genuinely cares about me and how I blossom into my role.
