To build tools for chefs and food people all over the world that are designed by people that understand them.

Our take

Leaf is a platform offering chefs and kitchen workers a digital solution for recording and tracking their hygiene and sustainability tasks.

The idea is that the company’s product will replace the cumbersome paperwork that accompanies hygiene recording and tracking in restaurants and back kitchens. Used by clients including Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, Exclusive Collection, and Star Pubs and Bars, Leafe's features help to save time, ensure better safety standards and provide kitchens with more control (particularly around compliance).

Created by chefs, the founders are well experienced in an industry that is rife with problems to be solved. The company is relatively early stage, and will be focused on developing their product and expanding their customer base.
