Learn Amp is a small organisation with big aspirations, and SLT are really transparent with sharing quarterly updates on this with the whole company. Practicing “Benevolent Honesty” can sound scary at first, but it is refreshing in practice. It's not perfect but, from my experience, much better than other businesses where you need to navigate office politics.
