Learnerbly has established itself quickly as the ideal platform for organisations serious about employee value and career development.
Already working with some of the most exciting FinTech companies in the world such as Revolut and Curve, Learnerbly offers its customers personal learning budgets to empower them to choose how and what to learn.
There's a significant trend from more progressive companies towards employee value and recognition as well as personal development. We are still at the relatively early stages of this shift which should continue to grow as the long-term benefits of more capable and knowledgable employees is realised.
The global workplace learning industry is worth over $350billion. With the uncertainty over the global shift in recent years in the job market, employers are keen to retain and attract top talent. Having secured Series A funding led by venture capital firm Beringea and FJ Labs between 2021 and 2023, Learnerbly has high ambitions to accelerate company growth.
